Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Lazzda account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
